Direction

If you are looking for a second or vacation home. Where you are driving from is a huge factor. You want to be able to get here quick but also be able to enjoy yourself once you’re here. It seems most folks from Illinois area tend to stay on the East Side of the Lake which would consist of Lake Ozark and Osage Beach. This is the most developed part of the Lake but also the busiest. A little further southeast is the Camdenton area. This is a very attractive area for folks coming from the South up Interstate 44. Then you have the westside which is very popular with families coming from the Kansas City area.

Noise

There is truly something for everyone here at the Lake. A lot come to party and some come to relax. Which one are you? There are areas that are more congested and will be noisy but there are also areas that have a nice quiet environment where you can relax.

Lifestyle

What are your plans once you come to the Lake? Some people come to just boat, some come to only fish, and some for golf. What you want to do with your time will also help decide the best location for you. The Lake can provide anything you want!

Maintenance
