1. Create a Schedule
Moving can be a stressful time. Don’t get overwhelmed! Make a schedule of your time! Tackle those tasks one at a time and stick to the schedule!
2. Garage Sale
As you start packing and realize there are many things you don’t need or use anymore, create a stack of things and plan a garage sale. Not only can you make a little money, that’s less stuff you need to pack to the new house!
3. Time to Donate
After your garage sale. What you didn’t get sold, donate it.
4. Pack an “Open Me First Box”
Take one of your moving boxes and grab all your essentials. Things to include would be like, change of clothes, phone chargers, toiletries, and whatever else you won’t want to dig out on your first night in your new place.
5. Take a Picture of Electronics
This can be a huge time saver if you have a lot of peripherals to hook back up to your TV. You will have plenty to do, eliminate fighting with the electronics!
