Depending on the unit these amenities are included with the cost of the condo, or through similar yearly or monthly dues.

Repairs and Yard Maintenance

Owning a home comes with home maintenance. If this is a second home, or you are moving to the lake to retire, you don’t want to have to worry about maintaining your home or yard. This is where condo living comes to save the day. In a condo, you don’t have to worry about maintaining the exterior of the complex or the lawn.
