While there are some emergency technicians available, it's best to prepare ahead of time and prevent major issues before they even happen.
Check-in on your refrigerator, freezer, oven, washer and dryer, dishwasher, and HVAC to make sure everything is running smoothly. If any of these appliances have a self-cleaning feature, be sure to run them to remove any limescale buildup or other debris that could cause issues. For some parts of the house - like your HVAC - it's probably a good idea to have a professional come out and check on how well everything is working before it becomes an emergency.
