This Weekend’s Events at the Lake

The Lake is gearing up for a busy summer! Your Favorite Real Estate Team at the Lake of the Ozarks would like to talk about the events happening this weekend. Make your plans now to come and enjoy a weekend full of fun at the Lake!

The 22nd Annual Harbor Hop

Lake of the Ozark Harbor Hop is held two times a year. The spring hop is the first Saturday in May and the fall is held the second Saturday in October. Participants draw cards at more than forty locations across the Lake to make a winning poker hand.

You can enter the Harbor Hop by stopping by any of the checkpoints on this year’s list. The first card is drawn where the hand is purchased. Then the participant will acquire six additional cards by hopping to six more checkpoints. The hand is complete once the seventh card is drawn. The complete hand then is turned in at the checkpoint where the last card is drawn. You hand must be turned in by 7:00 PM on the day of the Harbor Hop.

31st Annual Magic Dragon Street Meet Nationals

Are classic cars your thing? Well, you won’t want to miss this event! The historic Bagnell Dam Strip will be loaded with all types of classic cars, muscle cars, trucks, and motorcycles. This is the 31st year for the Magic Dragon show. Last year they had over 1,000 participants and close to 10,000 spectators. This is a high-octane weekend-long show. The Lake Ozark Day Break Rotary will be raffling off a brand new 2019 Camaro on Saturday the 4th.

Friday, May 3rd – Sunday, May 5th come see the best of the Midwest. Friday show hours are 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Saturday 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Sunday 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The Strip will be closed to through traffic during show hours.

3 Way Party

Hop to the Toad for the 3 Way in May Party! Saturday, May 4th join Camden on the Lake for Harbor Hop, the Kentucky Derby and to get an early start to Cinco de Mayo all in one weekend. This awesome weekend will include themed food and drink specials and much more. DJ Lou Diesel spins the tunes from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Lake Race Social

Who is ready for Lake Race 2019? We know we are! If you need something to hold you over for a few more weeks. Plan to hit the pre-race social at Camden on the Lake. This event happens Saturday, May 4th at 2:00 PM in Toad Island, located right off the boardwalk at Camden on the Lake Resort.
